they were all day, got more consistent ans closer together hroughout the day, I didn't know it was labor until it was a little more intense at like 7 pm, so I went to the hospital, thought it'd be a false alarm but when they checked me I was 8 cm dilated, I have no time for a epidural and had my son within an hour lol, so just watch those cramps
