@3blondebabies, wash them in the washer...do not use fabric softener, then hang dry them.
@3blondebabies, if you breastfeed they can go straight into the wash because the poop is water soluble if they're on solids or formula fed you should rinse the poop off before throwing them in the washer.
it really all depends but most you can mashine wash! look up the brands and see what the internet says. :)

It sounds great to be able to use them but I don't know anyone who does and I don't know the first thing about them except that they save money.
