Everyone keeps telling me I have to walk... or else!! How tf am I suppose to take walks when I can barely get up and pee. And it's 90 damn degrees outside?! It's not like I have a vehicle to go somewhere cool or a treadmill... Ugh...

That's me. I have a long hallway between my front door and living room. But I watch a movie or show and just pace. It's some movement. My doctor said as long as I'm moving, every little bit helps.
@tmross, that's what I do. I roam stores forever mainly because I'm so scatter brained I don't remember what I need so I'm back and forth lol and I walk around the coffee tables for what seems like days?
I go walking around stores. Ha. My husband and I go on the weekends to the mall and just do several circles. I also have a 2 story house and climbing those stairs knock the wind out of me...you'll be good. Even if you just watch a show & pace in your living room. I do that everyday, even if it's only a half hour show.
Hahha yeah.
@klove2016, Thank you! I'm too drained to do anything. Just taking a bath is exhausting and not relaxing. lol I skated, walked, did yoga, and was super active before I got pregnant. My prepregnancy weight was a healthy 94 pounds. Im not really worried about it. I didn't even start showing till I was 25 weeks. I eat healthy. I just wish everyone would get off my back!! lol
Don't feel bad lol I've been very inactive my pregnancy... 😂 I mean, I clean the house, which takes the breath out of me, and we go out to do things on the weekends. We walked around sea world yesterday and my calves are so sore 😂 I know they say exercise helps labor and stuff, but I just have zero energy or motivation to do so
