@mrssanderson, i have.ive been off of my BC for a little over 2 weeks now.ive been doing everything possible to increase it.

aw, I've heard fenugreek helps! I haven't personally tried it though

@mrssanderson, i tried it before i got on BC and it worked wonders. but now it doesnt seem to b working.

drink a lot of water. no sodas!
