at less than a week old I'd cry too. No way my baby is going to someones house for them to watch him.

I feel you! My 15 month old have NEVER been away from us and my mom got her this weekend and you'd think I'd get some rest but noooo I miss my daughter terribly

Thats normal. I use to be the same way, but try to kick back a minute. I have three and one on the way, and my husband usually watches the newborns so I can sleep. That js when they are newborns, you're going to need it. Do not let anyone make you feel bad either.
