Is it ok for me to drink lucozade?

I have been craving it so allowing myself 1 small bottle a day! Asked my midwife who said aslong as I'm not constantly drinking it it's fine! xx

My midwife hasn't really told me much feel so in the dark about things 😯 xx

I rang her specifically to ask about this!! Lol! 😂 Was craving it badly!! xx

I haven't had any cravings 😕 just gone off a load of food 😢 xx

@tish94, just be careful how much u have as it has caffiene in it. i didnt realise when i was first pregnant x

This has been my only proper craving!! As @karenb1601 says it has caffeine in it but less than the daily limit of 200mg so aslong as u dont go mad u should be fine! xx

I was only thinking of drinking it when I struggled to drink water xx

i think it has around 50mg caffiene in a 500 ml bottle so u should be fine to have a couple a day x
