37.2 weeks, just got sent home from l&d. I'm only 1 cm dialated and I'm having contractions every 2 to 5 mins for the past 8 hours. they made me go walk for 2 hours. I've done squats sat on my birthing ball and NOTHING. these contractions are so painful and they don't stop. I can't believe they sent me home. I'm in so much pain. 😢

labor is a process but soon you'll have your sweet baby in your arms. Try your best to relax. I know it's not easy but it helps some.
