Is it weird to get really swollen feeling when you've been in the heat all day? I don't mean in the sun, just a really hot house?
My feet always feel swollen after I've spent a few hours at my Tia's house because I get too hot :(

Just drink some ice cold water and elevate your feet. It helps with the swelling. 😊

As long as I'm comfortably cool I won't swell but once I get too hot my feet feel really tight :(@studio.ghibli.mom23
