has anyone ever had pupps and broke out in a rash from head to toe after having their baby? she will be a weeks tomorrow and I only had gotten pupps a week before I was induced.. should I be concerned about being contagious

So I know that In the Latino culture you’re suppose to wait the 6 weeks (quarentena) to be able to have sex again. I’m currently at 5 weeks and I cheated and had sex last night! It had been too long! Did any of u do it before the 6 weeks?
Trigger. Lost baby Went in for my 20 week check up and found out our son had passed away. Nothing was wrong, my pregnancy has been going great. I'm so numb right now.
