I did, it only took me a week to not be in pain anymore.

I did too. I just wore the while pads with witch hazel until I ran out of them and never tried to push myself. Never had any pain.

If I remember right it started to fade after about 2 weeks. You can get witch hazel pads/wipes at any pharmacy! So if you run out and your still uncomfortable you can get some more that's what I did.
