So i used to have menstrual cramps that would have me curled up in the fetal position or sitting on the toilet for hours feeling like i needed to push something out. Obvi contractions are a lot worse but is the feeling anything like that ?

No, you have to have a surgery to be diagnosed with it, but it's VERY painful periods and often heavy (mine are not heavy personally, but it's another common symptom)

Have had 2 sons ,,contractions are the worst stomach pain ever had my sons each in 2 hr contractions and only 20 min labor :)

@zachattackmomma, hmm never looked into it but i did have pretty heavy and painful periods and they were always like 7 days long. i have not missed that. whats the treatment and is it helpful? @nygirl3rdbabymiami oh man. this is my first and im just now getting nervous about labor

I changed my diet and exercise a lot and that has helped a TON but there is no cure, but being aware can help it from getting worse :) sorry I just wish someone would have told me earlier in life.
