you don't need all those teas or pills to help you make more. try eating oats or other foods that help. my mil made me this Mexican thing, its literally oats and milk, and I think she puts some cinnamon in it too, she made it when I was breastfeeding.

Staying hydrated, nursing baby every 2hrs, drink a dark beer also the Brewers yeast will help, (one beer will not hurt the baby:) ) try those things first, also how many wet/dirty diapers is baby having a day?

flax seed is about 50 cents in walmart. Brewers yeast is $10.....red raspberry leaf is less than $5......you can do it mama. What makes you think you aren't producing enough?

@arivera64, I only produce like two ounces with both boobs combined and he needs more than that in each bottle..

Yeah and I got really stressed and discouraged because I've been having to do most on my own because Brandon works nights and sleeps during the day so I quit pumping as much and I shouldn't have but it caused my supply to drop and I'm trying to get it back up..
