you have to take 3 a day if you take the whole pill it takes almost a week for me, so i stop taking them. i started again last week just taking the stuff inside the pills and the next day my boobs were full. it goes though your system faster.
From Walmart and it depends on how much you take how fast it works once you start to notice the syrup smell coming out of your pores you should see progress and you can take as much as you can tolerate it depends on how low your supply is
