Have any of you mommies used fenugreek pills? Did they work? Would you recommend them?

i use them love them they work good i just hate smelling like maple

yes a big difference but have to kind of eat healthy, like drink water and Gatorade and eat some kind of oats or oatmeal

Can I ask you to post a picture of the one you use please? Because there's so many and some say it's fine for breastfeeding and others don't, I'm so lost lol pl
