Are you able to go to a nearby pharmacy to use one of those blood pressure machines? If so, do that and then head to the hospital if it's elevated. That swelling is a sign of hypertension

Yes it stays dented and takes 3-4 seconds for color to go back into it @arivera64

if you press into it for 5 seconds does it stay dented in? if so, yes you need to be seen
