I am 25 weeks pregnant today and the last few days have been a pain in the butt all of a sudden I feel like I am dragging my feet and my legs are going to give out on me I am sick to my stomach with pains and vomiting I can't even sleep good. what could this be and what can I do to help this anyone please I'm so tired.

Could be normal pregnancy aches and pains, and still morning sickness. Its not uncommon for some women to have morning sickness up to their due date. Congratulations on 25 weeks and hang in there, I hope it stops for you, if you are concerned talk to a nurses hotline or your doc that's what they are there for (:
