Alright mamas, I'm literally the WORST when it comes to makeup lol. Like I know NOTHING about it…

Have you tried using concealer? My eyes are hella dark lol do I have to different concealers I use to make my bags somewhat less noticeable

@jaycee17, lol it's okay I'm still semi clueless myself! I bought one from Sephora that matches my skin color and one from target that is lighter than the first. Just to illuminate my eyes 👀 but you don't have to go to a high end store for good makeup lol. I just get a discount at Sephora so I shop there every once in a while 😬

Elf products from target a really great products too. They're are super inexpensive. Cheaper than all the drugstore products. I would use their lip glosses, lip stains, bronzer, and blush and save the gift card for the makeup you want to splurge on. Foundation, concealer, mascara, and an eyeliner that lasts are good to splurge on. If you're looking for a quick 5 minute make up job just to feel alive, try this- elf: hydrating eye primer (comes in a black tube). Foundation, eye concealer with a yellow tint, elf carries a pressed powder that is amazing and seals in your foundation (not necessary, but for the 3$ tag it helps make your makeup last longer). The powder comes in a white container with a clear lid. I also like to use the yellow tint concealer in my eyelids. No eyeshadow just the concealer for a bright eyed simple look. Bronzer on my cheek bones, mascara, and eyeliner. Sephora carries Kat Von d tattoo liner that is easy to apply and lasts all day. Oh and don't forget about your eyebrows. Elf also carries a brow palette that is 3$ and comes with a cream and powder color and also has the brush to apply it. If you want to make sure your make up really lasts all day, Sephora carries a setting spray by urban decay. I use the one in the white bottle. Lemme know if my comment is confusing.

I didn't include foundation just because it's something that is hard to determine what you might like. I always just ask the girls that work in Sephora to help you out with this one. They ask you all the right questions to determine what works best for your skin. If you ask, they will give you samples too. This way you can try a few out before buying a 40$ tube of foundation, just to hate it! I hope this was helpful.
