you can try nipple shield, it may help if you want stay with breastfeeding, if not remember that there is no shame if you stop, just do what works best for you and your baby ☺
I do expressed breast milk only because she doesn't want to suck because she has a high palette. It's exhausting to pump and then feed her but it lets her get what she needs

Make sure baby is latched well. It shouldn't hurt (as much) if baby is getting a good latch. Keep it up momma!! It will get better!!

They'll toughen up. Nipple cream and/or breast milk help

I went to expressed milk only rather then breast feed. It's the best decision I've ever made.
