yes! uhhg but I try to put my self in a calm place so I don't make it worse

@lyds, same I have server anxiety I need to go get meds or something

talk with ur ob if it's that bad.they should be able to give u something, most times I'm able to stop it, so I haven't told my doc yet

yes😩 I can't sleep at night cus I'm so anxious! it's crazy I've never been like this before pregnancy

i have a lot of "what ifs" like thinking my family is getting in a car accident, anxiety about money, about giving birth and my babies health. buts it's to the extreme it's all i think about if I'm not keeping busy

what about you ?

@savannahdrlng, omg mine is similar I always have anxiety about dying or close ones dying :(
