and "tucks" which are witch hazel pads that help soothe swelling and hemorrhoids. The hospital should have it all for you but it definitely helps to have a stock pile at home. I know I grabbed extra!

hell yes and the ice pack lol they help so much and i only had minor tearing but was bruised wont lie it burns afterwards so use them also take the stool softener whether you think you need it or not

@mamalex2016, those are life saver lol I have kept my squirt bottle since with my first born 2013. I feel so dumb tho when I was at the hospital after I gave birth when they gave me the squit bottle with water I only squeezed a little bit of water and not everything lol

I got both from the hospital also received ice pack pads and witch hazel pads. Life savers expecially since I got three stitches.

I'll be 7 days post partum tomorrow and that squirt bottle for water and that spray are the only thing that have me able to be going to see my daughter in the NICU. I have stitches and it totally helps the discomfort
