depends on the doctor i suppose. Mine is about half inch below my panty line. You could not see it with a bikini

Mine is very low right above my pubic area and less than 10 inches long.

my stepmoms scar is closer to her belly button the Dr said that's only cause shes.so small and my brother was so big he really stretched her skin so he cut where it would've been covered by a bikini but once she got toned up it was closer to her belly button

Mine is low by my pubic bone. My underwear covers it up thats how low it is.
