Not only that they just say stupid things that aren't correct. I feel like alot of it is common sense/knowledge but I guess that's too much for some people. A pet peeve of mine is ask your doctor if you're unsure! I mean some women will say "well my doctor said this, what's it mean" Like why TF didn't you ask right then and there if you were unsure. @ginnalynn
No need to explain your qualifications to me girl. I completely understand and trust you! @ginnalynn
I mean I'm a FTM, but I work in a lab and have studied beside doctors (including OBs) in order to become a certified lab tech. I will never answer a medical question unless I've personally studied it, but a lot of the questions asked on this app are lab related in some way (UTIs, glucose tests, urine screenings/24 hour urines, etc) @jacesterlingsmommy
and for ppl who's parents either work all the time or just aren't around a lot where are they going to get their info? other kids, who don't know shit either. @jacesterlingsmommy
Yeah I don't think some schools do teach simple hygiene, health and sex ed. @jacesterlingsmommy
So true I wonder if some of these women ever had health class just for simple questions. @michellevaldez4750
Omg. Finally someone else who gets it. I feel like sometimes we go round and round with some of these women. Most are first or second time mom's then there's some that have like 6 kids wondering how they got pregnant. Sometimes this app is just too much and I gotta get off here. lmao @ginnalynn @cubanese
It really is. and a lot of the public school systems don't take the time to prepare ppl for real life either. @cubanese
It's good that ppl ask questions though cuz some ppl were never taught by their parents a lot of the things that I was so I try not to judge as much as possible, it is sad though, how can you teach your kids if you don't know yourself?? @cubanese
Someone asked a couple months ago "how do you know when your period is late?" I feel so bad for the kids of some of these women! @cubanese
yep, if you asked your doctor then make sure they explain it to you before you leave if you're not following them 100%! I still ask my OB questions if I'm unsure of something, because I definitely don't know everything @jacesterlingsmommy
