I have come of my pill (cettert) on Monday (23rd) we are trying for our fist baby please note planed child due to health condition but wounding best ways of trying to conceive any help or advice would be great I am on folic acid as well

@loe398, take pregnacare conception and honestly don't think about it, if you think about it and plan it a lot then it stresses the both of you out so sperm count drops and all that, just go with it and don't just have constant sex because then it just gets boring xx
