Coconut oil can be found at most grocery stores, and at all health food stores :) I LOVE coconut oil for everything 😍

I got lansinoh and it helped keep it from getting raw and chapped.

Coconut oil works! also if you rub a little of your breastmilk on your nipple I've found that really works for me. Hope you heal soon, sore nipples while breastfeeding rly suck.
