You need to look at all those. I can't be of much help right now. My phone is dying and I have a sleeping baby on me But definitely get in touch with an ibclc, nkt a regular lc but an ibclc.

How old? Was she assesed for ties? Do you have flat or inverted nipples? Was she premature (born before 39 weeks)? If you're pumping you need to pump every 2 hours for several weeks (between 6 and 12 when you first start) before you can space it ojt tl

Try drinking lots of water. Eating oatmeal and look up recipes for lactation smoothies on Pinterest. Also pumping each boob for 10 minutes after nursing is suppose to help. Even if nothing comes out just the pumping itself it will help increase your supply. I'm sorry I know it's so frustrating! 😥😥😥

If you're nursing as well as pumping, 1 oz is competely normal and by tryi ng to increase your supply when it is not needed can have undesired effects

I'm sure you already know, but just trying to help... Oatmeal, fenugreek, and mother's milk tea are three great choices for supplements and also trying to drink 100+oz of water a day... Sending positive vibes
