I can't help but wonder if I'm having back labor. My grandma said when she was pregnant she didn't even know she was in labor because she just had back pain and that's how I am. My back is KILLING me and I'm running a fever

Same here I've had horrible back pain all night I told my doctor he said they can still be considered contractions and if it doesn't stop to come in

I'm still waiting because I wouldn't want it to be a false alarm but I'm still hurting and now starting to get contractions off and on but if I have to go I'll keep you posted @msj1996

Back pain with a fever - it's not over your kidneys is it. You don't want to have a kidney infection. My doc always told me if you don't get sent home from the hospital from a false alarm at least once you haven't had the full pregnancy experience :).

@emeliaday, it may be, it's only on the right side in my back and I just got a prescription for a UTI yesterday but haven't gotten it filled. Every time I go to the bathroom that same spot immediately starts hurting, just today it hasn't gone away afterwards
