Yeah unless you've got GD or pre-e, or etc medical issues, you can decline the induction date. my first they scheduled mine at 40w4d, but I was young and dumb and didn't know better, then thankfully 40w3d I went into labor myself that night. lol
@odalys, @ashsmith91 wow that's so early! I'm glad you went into labor before they had a chance to induce you. You're technically not "overdue" until 42 weeks anyway. But again, checking your placenta and baby after 41 and some change isn't a bad idea either.

@odalys, yes mama it's your body and baby. Just don't go in. If you're both healthy and your placenta is still thriving there is no reason to induce.
