For 30 minutes I've been having this unbearable pain that starts about in my vagina up to my belly button . Stomach and back. It hurts to breath . It's about a 6 for pain but then I get sharp sharp pains that are beyond a 10.. I don't know if I should go to the ER or not. There's no bleeding though .
