Any one take medication for depression or any other kind of chemical unbalance while pregnant?
I am having a really hard time and I'm sorry to anyone that maybe would want to talk to try and help but all I want right now is my husband to hold me and my daughter and tell me I'm gonna be a good mother and that everything is going to be ok.

i will tell you...Honey I think you are gonna be a terrific mother! everything will be fine! we all are not going to be perfect! and that's OK! your daughter loves u no matter what!

your probably having anxiety hun it will be OK Im prescribed meds but I don't take them... I changed some things like instead of thinking myself into a down mood I go talk with my S/O about old funny times or I look through my baby's stuff and put it in order. I go shopping for my baby, nail shop, or visit family and friends. just get out the house more Start walking even if it's only 20 min and turn on some music. all of those things have helped me through this pregnancy
