before i got pregnant i would go commando (i know gross don't judge lol) alot but since i got pregnant ive been using hanes underwears (theyre basically new) ive been fine but now im 27 weeks and my underwears have been giving me a rash between my thighs and vagina..should I buy new underwears?

It is probably your soap then. The only other thing I could think of is maybe they're too tight. I use the cotton Hanes, that is like a breathable material on the sides... if that makes sense... They are super comfy and I love them. They have a different part on the sides that is supposed to be more stretchy or something. If you are using the cotton kind there shouldn't be a problem.

Try baby powder(make sure it has no talc) or plain cornstarch and it should help the rash in your thighs go away, it could be from sweat.
