So I'm waiting to test and TMI just as a warning but I have been spotting brown for 2 days with no pain, some diarrhea, urinating pretty often even when I don't drink a lot of fluids, small headaches here and there, nausea, and some slight pelvic area pain (nothing drastic) could these be early pregnancy symptoms?
