No I don't think so. The more the better. You never know what's going to happen. Plus once they are about 5-6 months they slow down on their growing until about 1yr or so.

@andiryan93, I wondered if he would slow down. He was gaining so so fast and then in 3 weeks he only gained 1 pound and 4 ounces! Which is slowed drastically than before.

My son grew like crazy, he was never even in newborn clothes and he's been in 9 month clothes for a few months now. I think it slows a lot once they get around that age. I think it's a good amount!

@bryaxtonsmommy, oh shoot lol with the way he was going I bought summer 12 month clothes too ugh! Lol they're Carters though so maybe they will fit while it's still warm??

That's not a lot (: it's perfect ! Baby's slow their roll after the first few months . My daughter is turning 11m next month and she's barely fitting really good in 6-9 & 9m clothes! Then again every baby is different
