so anyone that's had the makena shot, did yall make it to 40 weeks .? like is it supposed to make the baby stay in .? or it's just not so much help on bringing a baby .? i only had it done two mondays but I'm actually in pain like if I'm having contractions and feeling like i need to use #2 what should i do !!!!????

I've taken them since I was 12 weeks I recently just stopped , it's to hold the baby in longer I've been off them 2 weeks and I'm actually having contractions tonight and I'm already dilated 4cm so I'm gonna wait to go but maybe getting checked tonight !

well i barely started because i didnt know i was pregnant when i was around 25 weeks & took some time for changing drs & they said it wasn't too late to start me on them, but my question is even when you're on the shot, can you still go into labor? I've only had 2 Shots @judyshav
