To mommies who started to use cereal in baby milk, how old were your LO when you started??

I gave my son cereal when he was almost 3 months old to help him sleep through the night better. with his doctors ok. but I never did do it in the bottle because of the choking risks. I spoon fed him Cereal with milk and he did super good. all depends on your baby, doctor, and you!! (:

I skipped the rice cereal because there's no real value and the high arsenic levels. Started purees at 6 months

The mushed up baby food in the containers lol like carrots and apples and bananas that are mush
