I actually went to L&D yesterday for the same reason.. They told me, as long as I count 10 movements in a hour, that's perfect. They really do have lazy days, and are starting to run out of room.. But they told me, to always come in if I feel it's not normal.. They'd rather monitor and be sure, than not know :-)

My daughter was being extremely lazy yesterday, and I couldn't stop worrying. But figured, as soon as we were driving there, she started moving like normal, and then kicked the entire time while I was being monitored lol
