crap I hope not. Iv only had one contraction today and that's it. I never went on my own with my son they had to induce me. how long before contractions start if it did?

If it is your water, I have been told you need to deliver within 24 hours. So I would go get checked out.

My water broke at home with both my boys at 37 weeks and I never had contractions (well didn't feel them) until they gave me pitocin at the hospital to make me have contractions. Definitely get checked. Your water will be clear though and it smells sweet!
