Okay Ladies I need a little help. First timer here and not sure what's going on. I am having the absolute worst pain start in the middle of my lower abdomen and it spreads across both sides of my pelvic area. I have been having some serious lower back aches the past 2 days, but the pain just started about 20 mins ago. The pain just about doubles me over, it lasts prolly 15 to 20 seconds but then I had another bad one about 5 minutes after the first. Now it is like a sharp stabbing pain in the middle of my lower abdomen. I'm only 20 weeks and terrified to think of pre term labor. Could this just be Braxton hicks possibly?
