I'm sure all of you have heard of a support belt but I never have before. my sister bought this for me & it truly does help so much. as a bartender/server, I'm on my feet walking around 8+ hours. it was starting to get to me. had so much back pain & pain in my ribs. I wore this yesterday at work & it helped so much. didn't have a complaint all night. truly does help. so whenever I know I'm gonna be on my feet for a while, I'll be having this baby on.
