I got it at 8 months it's usually supposed to be around 7. I had to remind my doctor late lol but it's fine.

It was for my blood type. It's a weird shot lol

my hubby & I are both rh- & my doctor still wants to give me the rhogam shot at 28 weeks. just to b on the safe side. lol I was hoping since we were both negative that I wouldn't have to take it. but my OB said just in case the blood work was wrong, he wants me to take it anyways.

I was told by the ER doctor to get one if I have Amy vaginal bleeding, but my OB explained that only if its actually bleeding and not spotting.

I was told to go to the ER immediately if I see any bleeding at all, even a drop. I got the rhogam shot at 13 weeks because I was bleeding. If you are negative blood (a- b- , ect) no matter how many times you have been pregnant, you have to get the shot because your body could build up antibodies and think the baby is a virus and try to attack it. That's just what my OB said.
