I hate that doctors fingers are different one says I'm 3 cm 50% effaced and the other tells me I'm 4 cm 70% effaced 🙄 I need for them to get it together and choose which one I'm going to be today.
Doctor's appointment went good! I'm 2 cm dilated and 80% effaced!
I'm still only 1 1/2 cms dilated but I'm 80% effaced. Basically no progress 😖

Advice please!! I will be 38 weeks this Sunday I am 1 cm and 50% effaced How can I dilate more? I have bad hip pain so don't want to be walking today.
