it's playtime on the floor and I saw a post about a birth story and I realized I never posted mine!

I began contractions on the 6th of August. My doctor had checked me earlier that day becausevI was complaining of pain. I was still a fingertip dialted, she could feel her head but didn't look like anything was gonna happen. The next day on the 7th I went to the hospital because the contractions were getting more pain and I had no idea what to do. I was STILL fingertip closed lol got sent back home. Throughout the next day the contractions got worse, I spent the day in pain forcing myself to walk it off, I was ready to go but I wanted to wait for my boyfriend to get home from work. By the time he got home I didn't let him do anything I was ready to go lol. I think we got to the hospital by 10:30pm. I met up with the same nurse that sent me home and she was just like wait didn't I send you home? lol (probably thouht I was crazy). Low and behold when she checked me I was 5cm! she was like it's time to get this baby going! 😂 I was in horrible pain. But decided to deal with it. by 9cm they broke my waters, and I was wanting to push sooo bad! once 10cm came along I was dying to push so bad that I didn't even do the breathing technique. I just wanted her out! it took me a couple of pushes to be able to push through my vagina and not my butt (cause I felt it all in my back lol) but at the last push I was like CAN I JUST PUSH? I'M OKAY I DON'T WANNA BREATHE lol (smh) and the doc was like okay go and BAM out goes Amiya at 1:30am on August 8th 2015, 5lbs 6 inches 18 inches long. 🙌😊👍❤

Went home the next day cause I took it like a champ. 🏆 peed like fire but I'm okay! I didn't need sitches and wasn't in unbearable pain. Would do it again like 5 times over but hubby said to chill out lol 😂😂😂😂
