Ok ladies in a dilemma, need another angle. I've been off work for 2 weeks paid sick leave, not by choice. have been treated unfairly at work since announcing my pregnancy. it's been really bad, changed my position without advising me and told me I was being trained to be more versatile. funny thing is that once commencing new duties I wasn't given training, sink or swim. set me up for failure. Less work hours and every month changing my days off without notice but doesn't apply to other employees. other co-workers are aware and believe I'm being pushed out. Difficulty firing me pregnant, so they want me to quit because they are stressing me out. I set up meeting to discuss after several emails with reply but not about addressed concerns. One of the medical staff told me that the reason I had a cold was due to the parasite i'm carrying, but they are cute parasites chuckling telling me that's the scientific term. life I give a flying f**k. anyhow my doc put me on sick leave again until june 15 but this is his first time requesting. Sending me to see a neurologist since I had numbness on my entire left side, pounding headache on my way home from Montreal so received Hospital report. baby is fine. just to clarify, my employer put me on sick leave immediately after cancelling meeting I requested that day concerning the above issues and more. she felt i am under stress and the meeting would make it worse, even though i requested. imagine that. So frustrated ugghh.
