to me it looks like an allergic reaction OR a rash of some sort. my sisters baby was allergic to the nappies to a bottle. I don't remember what bottle brand but her daughter broke out in a rash like this. (Don't freak out though it could be anything) hoping he gets better though. good luck sweetie.

honestly I'm not to sure, but I'm sure they will just give him antibiotics and a cream to put on it. idk what else they could do for a rash but try not to worry :) @premiee_mom

it could be, I've never heard of a baby breaking out in a rash like that cause of teething though. does he suck on binkis a lot? it could be the friction from the plastic against his face that's irritating the spot. @premiee_mom

Usually it'll go away in about a week or so. Keep your hands washed, his and everyone around him.

I can't be from teething my daughter has a little rash on her chin and she's getting her very first tooth in but it can be anything wait for the doc to tell you
