How does promise oil work ?

I think it's a gelcap and you insert it up near your cervix to help it soften. Don't quote me though, haha.

No it's not harmful. You can buy it in the vitamin oil next to all the prenatal stuff.😋 Only 5 bucks for 100 capsules!
