This picture means a lot to me. My dad is extremely racist, & "disowned" me for almost 3 years cause he found out I was dating a black guy. When I got pregnant he finally opened up to me but I only visited him twice out of my whole pregnancy. Today he called and asked if I would bring Riley by so he could meet her and boy was I shocked. He held her and talked to her for 2 hours straight. Now I'm hoping he will want to meet my boyfriend. He sees how much they mean to me now. But if he can't open up to my boyfriend I don't feel comfortable bringing her around since he isn't welcomed, since I mean she is a part of him. Crossing fingers🙏🏼
