No they now make the minipill injection and a iud for breastfeeding moms. I'm really struggling because even those BC can have an effect on supply and having a preemie I don't want my supply affected at all @savannahapaigebridges

I'm breastfeeding I can not use nuvaring. and I don't really want anything that has to be implanted in my body @nhenson23

It sounded good at first but if it effects my supply I can't just stop taking it like I could the pill @valrocks
