@8yearsapart, Let sleeping babies sleep! A lot of people reccomend feeding or giving them a pacifier during take off\landing but I just let my boy sleep and it went great. If they are awake, definately do the paci/food (it keeps their ears from popping) Also, change (if you have time) their diaper before going through security. Even if its just wet. You may not have another chance for 2 hours of more! The lines were crazy. My poor boy blew out his diaper, dripping down his leg, and we weren't allowed to change him until we went through security! Breastmilk, formula, and water for formula are exceptions to the fluid rules. I had a small cooler enfamil sent me with a freezer pack. I took several bottles of milk with me in it. They had me open the bottles, and they held a tab over the milk to test for fumes. I didn't have any issues really.

Awww. I wish I knew this a few months ago when I first bought the seat. I actually have to fly with my daughter in July when she will be 3 months old. Do you have any tips on surviving the actual flight with the baby?
