I'm not far from NC (tri cities TN) and our local news recommend to get some bug spray for expecting mother's I don't go outside to often

The only cases of the virus in the US are from people who have traveled to foreign countries.

The chances of you actually getting it are slim to none. Don't freak yourself out lol

As of right now there are only 12 confirmed cases of Zika in NC. They are all travel related.
