last week I ate lots of carbs little protein and can fit in the first stage of prepregnant clothing. this week I am high protein low carb for tummy fat! ! I alternating to get a full body fat reduction. I also walk 3-8 miles every other day and walk grocery shopping on the days I don't go hiking.
