how many ounces of formula did you use to feed your two month old? it's already 12 and I've fed him…

my son will be 2 months Sunday & he eats 4-5 every 3 hours. every baby is different tho! if yours can eat more and not spit it back up, id feed him until he doesn't want anymore :)

okay he spit up earlier I gotta go buy some more tomorrow he just went through a whole can in two days my fiance says don't over do it since he just had surgery on his stomach and then says if you keep feeding him that much more then likely he's gonna grow obese -.- please tell me that's not true @kaitthebeau

It is true! Let me tell you a little of what my nurse has told me. For every oz of formula its 1 hour.. So if baby eats 4oz he has to wait 3 1/2 to 4 hours! At two month baby shoulnt have more then 3oz sometimes we mistake eating for something else and baby takes it but its not cuz hes hungry food also soothes. The more you give him the bigger his stomach will be able to take but then they dont want to wait the hours necessary. I was over feeding my baby im a first time mom and i thought gees she's hungry but i started entertaining her and doing other stuff and it wasnt hunger it was attention. Try not to feed him just cuz he cried try to just hold him give him a pacifier entertaining baby will stretch time out. My baby is about to be 4 months and i give her 4 1/2 oz every 4 hours

alright I figured that. he's just constantly crying and I'm constantly holding him but as soon as I put him down to do some housework I can't do it my fiance said I shouldn't hold him every second he cries but he won't stop till im holding him @mommasgirlxx

How about using a carrier and putting baby in there while you do chores????

I have one it's in daddy's car though and he don't get off till about eight I completely forgot to grab it last night I guess I'll just have to wait till he gets home to get stuff done but even then he gives me hell but yet he will spend time with the dogs but not his son that's really what makes me mad and then gets mad at me for not getting stuff done/spending time with him so I'm like well what in the hell do you expect me to do, I'm exhausted all the time, beyond stressed out cause im doing it all alone, and raising my son on my own pretty much I guess something will have to happen @mommasgirlxx

I know the feeling girl!!! My boyfriend doesnt get mad that the house isnt clean cuz as you know we cant get much done!!! I just make sure i atleast make dinner! Food is the way to anyones heart hahaha!!! Dont even worry about it!! Your Husband has no idea what its like !!! It sucks to feel unappreciated. Thank god i have a really good baby. I put her down around 10 and thats when i get things done.. I wash dishes take a shower sweep mop... Whatever i have to do. Youll get the hang out things! Enjoy time with baby!! Hes only little once!! The house work can wait you should talk to your husband ... Let him know how you feel and that its not easy even though they think baby sleeps all day you know its not true

that's exactly what he thinks but he had skin to skin with him first so when he gets home the baby suddenly gets quiet and decides it's time to calm down but I'm gonna do what you do cause that's the only way I'll be able to get anything done I have told him the other night but our talk ended in a fight and I'm just like seriously your gonna cuss me out cause I need help with our baby that WE made I'm just gonna tell him to suck it up Lol that's normally what I gotta do to get my way lmaooo @mommasgirlxx

You should also maybe talk to him about the way he talks to you. Cussing just hurts feeling and most of the time we say things that we dont mean but the other person gets hurt. We have to respect eachother in relationships no matter how hard it is sometimes lol!!!!! But ya girl communication is the key!

ohh yes I have to agree with that I'm gonna talk to him today cause he expects me to have his work shirts cleaned, dishes done, and dinner done but we don't have a washer or dryer to clean clothes I gotta go next door and wash them but I can't do everything at once he will hopefully understand after that fingers crossed @mommasgirlxx
